You'll work alongside a supportive medical team while helping patients navigate their appointments and care.If you're organized, personable, comfortable working with people, and enjoy staying busy, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll DoWelcome patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitudeSchedule and confirm patient appointmentsVerify insurance and collect co-paysAnswer phones, direct calls, and assist patients with questionsFollow up on missed appointments and no-showsMaintain accurate patient information and electronic medical recordsKeep the reception area organized and professionalAssist with general front-office and administrative dutiesWork closely with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothlyWhat We're Looking ForFriendly, positive, and professional attitudeExcellent customer service and communication skillsOrganized and able to multitask in a busy medical officeReliable, dependable, and willing to be part of a teamComfortable using computers and electronic medical recordsPrevious medical office or receptionist experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person!What We Offer$18–$21/hour, based on experienceMonday–Thursday scheduleNo weekends or evening hoursHealth, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k)Paid Time Off7 Paid HolidaysSupportive and friendly work environmentOpportunity to grow with an expanding practiceWhy Mt.
