Bilingual HR Generalist — Multi-Location Operations Partner

Connect Search is partnering with a rapidly expanding, industry-leading company to hire an HR Generalist in South Houston. This bilingual HR professional will partner with leadership, support employees, and drive HR initiatives across multiple locations to enhance the employee experience. You will manage employee relations, investigations, performance management, and onboarding, while ensuring HRIS data integrity and compliance.
