This role offers the opportunity to manage large-scale, technically complex data center projects across multiple regions throughout the United States.The ideal candidate is a driven construction professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys travel, and has a proven track record delivering ground-up commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and risk mitigation.Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.Drive project profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.Oversee change orders, cost reporting, forecasting, and project documentation.Support and mentor project engineers and assistant project managers.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.Experience managing large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center projects.Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, and project controls.Ability and willingness to travel extensively to project sites throughout the Midwest, Southeast, Texas, and the Dakotas.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.BenefitsCompensation & Benefits$140,000 - $180,000 base salary depending on experience.$5,500 net monthly per diem while assigned to project locations.Performance-based bonus program.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Long-term career advancement with a rapidly growing national contractor.
