Job Title
Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Summary
Work Mode: Hybrid 3 days a week in office, standard business hours
Responsibilities
- Manage the full documentation lifecycle for assets contributed to reinsurance trust accounts.
- Coordinate the preparation, internal execution, mailing, tracking, and final delivery of required documentation across multiple trust bank accounts and asset classes.
- Work closely with Legal, Investment Operations, Custody, and external service providers to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, timely, and aligned with established procedures.
Requirements
- Strong document management discipline.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex stakeholder environment.
Preferred Skills
- Comfortable coordinating documentation in a financial services or investment management setting.
- Ability to follow items through to completion and ensure all required materials are received and confirmed by the bank.
