Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to ascertain the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to create tailored treatment plans.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address diverse mental health challenges effectively.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions and clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and trust.

• Work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other specialists to formulate holistic and integrated care plans, reinforcing comprehensive treatment efforts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will mainly involve providing counseling services to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
