HASCO seeks a Housing Program Manager to oversee daily operations of the Housing Choice Voucher program and lead the assigned team. You will supervise Housing Specialists, provide guidance, and communicate with landlords, tenants, and partner agencies while ensuring compliance with policy and regulations. You will analyze utilization, review violations, and assist in developing and implementing program procedures.
