Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Order Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in managing order processing, maintaining accurate data entry, and supporting customer service functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and productivity software, including Microsoft Office and Excel. The position requires excellent organizational skills, confidentiality handling, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a paid position suitable for individuals with prior office experience or those eager to develop their administrative skills in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update order information within various database systems and ERP platforms
• Enter data accurately into spreadsheets and other data collection tools using Microsoft Excel and Word processing software
• Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, including 10-key typing and transcription activities
• Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of order documents and related records
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Support customer service by responding to inquiries related to order status and processing
• Collect, verify, and analyze Excel data for reporting purposes and process improvement opportunities
• Assist with general office duties such as data collection, filing, and document management
• Ensure timely processing of orders while adhering to organizational standards for accuracy and confidentiality

Experience

• Prior experience in an office environment or administrative role is preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Proficiency with databases, ERP systems, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is essential
• Strong computer skills including data entry, spreadsheet management, and basic math are necessary for success in this role
• Experience with Excel data analysis, data collection, and handling confidential information will be advantageous
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with 10-key typing, transcription, filing procedures, and office productivity tools will support effective performance in this position
