Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders through virtual consultations.

• Develop and implement individual treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive evidence-based therapies and interventions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and progress updates to enhance integrated care strategies.

• Participate in crisis intervention as necessary, providing immediate support to clients in distress.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings, thoughtfully evaluating each client’s mental health status and needs.

• Document interactions, treatment plans, assessments, and outcomes accurately and timely to meet organizational standards.

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions through telehealth platforms.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse population, including individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds and cultural traditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California is mandatory.

• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment particularly for populations with mental health needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n
