The plant just expanded, and orders are locked in for years—this is a place to put down roots and grow.A Day in the LifeMachine Builder / Assembler — 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)Start your day by reviewing blueprints and mechanical drawings for a large, custom machine build.Bring the system to life through precision mechanical assembly and light fabrication.Plumb and connect hydraulic and pneumatic circuits; integrate mechanical components.Support equipment startup and make adjustments to meet spec.Bonus if you can strike a weld—prior welding experience is a strong plus.Welder / Fabricator — 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)Interpret blueprints and weld drawings to plan your sequence.Lay down clean MIG and TIG welds on steel and stainless assemblies.Fabricate and fit components for custom industrial equipment.Verify dimensions and weld quality so everything meets specification.PayMachine Builder / Assembler: upper $20s per hourWelder / Fabricator: $23.00 – $28.00 per hourWhy This TeamFamily-owned stability with 65+ years of success and strong growthExpanded facility and work booked well into the future1st shift schedule with voluntary overtimeReal career progression in a growing organizationWhat You BringBackground in mechanical assembly, fabrication, machine building, or weldingAbility to read and work from blueprints/drawingsMechanical aptitude and hands-on problem solvingExperience with industrial equipment or custom machinery preferredReliable, team-first mindset and desire for a long-term roleHow to ApplyApply today and submit your resume.
