Manufacturing Tech II

Manufacturing Technician position at Baxter responsible for assembly, packaging, and manufacturing of medical device products in St. Paul, Minnesota. Role involves operating production equipment, performing cleanroom-compatible tasks, and maintaining GMP/GDP compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly line functions including cutting, weighing, mixing, washing, wrapping, and packaging of medical devices
• Operate production equipment such as sealers, autoclaves, and stir plates
• Maintain cleanroom standards and prepare devices for sterilization
• Perform daily cleaning of production areas and manage supply distribution
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience
• English reading, writing, and basic math proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs individually or 65 lbs with team assistance
• Vision of 20/25 (corrected or uncorrected)
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration ability
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not available

Compensation: $40,000 - $55,000 base annually
