Vice President of Social EnterprisesUCP Seguin is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Social Enterprises to lead and grow our mission-driven business ventures. This executive leadership role is responsible for overseeing operations, financial performance, strategic planning, marketing, and business development across multiple social enterprises that create employment opportunities for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all social enterprise operations and growth initiativesDevelop and execute business strategies to increase revenue and community impactManage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiencyBuild partnerships with businesses, community organizations, and stakeholdersSupervise and develop leadership teams and staffIdentify and launch new business opportunities aligned with UCP Seguin's missionCollaborate with executive leadership to expand employment and training opportunities for individuals with disabilitiesQualificationsBachelor 's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred7+ years of progressive leadership experience in business operations, retail, nonprofit management, social enterprise, or related fieldStrong financial, strategic planning, and team leadership skillsExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesValid Illinois Driver's License and reliable transportation requiredWhat We OfferOpportunity to make a meaningful impact in the communityExecutive leadership role with organizational influenceCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits packageCollaborative and mission-focused work environmentApply today and help create innovative employment opportunities while driving business success and social impact.
