Role Description: Happy Camp3r is looking for a motivated and highly organized Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is excited about fashion, social media, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships and wants to grow into a larger role within the company. This role will initially support our broader marketing initiatives while being trained to eventually take ownership of influencer marketing, creator relationships, gifting, and brand partnerships in-house. What You'll Do Research and identify influencers and creators who align with the Happy Camp3r brand Assist with influencer outreach, negotiations, follow-ups, and relationship management Coordinate product gifting and seeding from outreach through shipment and follow-up Maintain and organize influencer databases, outreach trackers, gifting lists, and campaign results Help coordinate paid and organic creator campaigns Track creator content, deliverables, posting dates, usage rights, and performance Identify potential brand partnership and collaboration opportunities Assist with outreach and coordination for brand partnerships, events, pop-ups, and activations Support influencer and VIP outreach surrounding launches and events Help source UGC creators and coordinate content for organic and paid social Monitor social media and creator trends and identify emerging talent Support the marketing team with product launches, campaigns, photoshoots, and other day-to-day initiatives Develop relationships with creators, managers, agencies, and brand partners Gradually take on greater ownership of Happy Camp3r's influencer marketing and partnership strategy Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is proactive, personable, extremely organized, and genuinely immersed in social media and creator culture. You should be comfortable reaching out to new people, building relationships, managing a large number of conversations at once, and following through without needing constant direction. You don't need years of influencer-marketing experience - we're looking for someone with the right instincts and work ethic who is excited to learn and grow with the brand. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Fashion, Business, or a related field preferred 0–2 years of marketing, influencer, social media, PR, or related experience Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current creator/influencer trends Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable with outreach and relationship building Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong eye for creators and content that align with a brand's aesthetic Interest in fashion, lifestyle, wellness, and mental health Self-starter who is excited to take on increasing responsibility #J-18808-Ljbffr Happy Camp3r
