Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges and goals, employing standardized tools and clinical interviews.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, addressing an array of mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related issues.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's specific needs, incorporating their preferences and desired outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, offering support to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, and ensure safety and stabilization.

• Educate clients on mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and available community resources that could assist in their recovery journey.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Adhere to established ethical guidelines and legal requirements, particularly regarding client confidentiality and informed consent practices.

Qualifications\n
