Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to support clients confronting challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse disorders.

• Execute comprehensive diagnostic assessments, developing tailored treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs, goals, and preferences.
\n
• Engage in constructive collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and educational personnel, to ensure holistic care that addresses all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain meticulous electronic health records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets regulatory standards.

• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments, responding swiftly to clients in distress while employing de-escalation techniques and developing safety plans.

• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to refine your skills and keep current with evolving best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a mental health counselor in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
