Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions to assess client needs and provide effective interventions.

• Facilitate couples therapy, utilizing evidence-based approaches to improve relationship dynamics and communication.

• Engage with families to address issues through family therapy, focusing on enhancing relational patterns and resolving conflicts.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in alignment with each client’s goals and therapeutic needs.

• Assess and diagnose a variety of mental health disorders, employing DSM-5 criteria.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is essential.

• Proficiency in utilizing teletherapy platforms and electronic health records (EHR) for client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise in the field.
