Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to develop and implement seamless, client-centered treatment plans.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to ensure the well-being of clients in distress.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a clear record of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Lead psychoeducational classes and support groups aimed at enhancing clients’ therapeutic experiences and promoting community engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
