Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client, ensuring their emotional and psychological requirements are met.

• Establish crisis intervention strategies by creating and implementing pre-crisis and crisis plans, including behavioral guidelines and risk assessments.

• Complete all necessary documentation promptly and accurately, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in coordination with the clinical team to assist in client assessments and treatment evaluations.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute positive behavior support plans tailored to each client.
\n
• Actively engage with licensing and accreditation processes to ensure compliance and continuous quality improvement.
\n
• Act as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate comprehensive care.

• Promote open communication within the organization and the community to enhance contract compliance and align with our mission.

• Develop and nurture relationships with local, state, federal, and private entities to promote our programs and explore potential collaborations and funding opportunities.

• Pursue ongoing professional development by attending conferences, leading training sessions, and actively participating in statewide meetings related to mental health services.

• Embody and advocate for the agency's mission, values, and principles in all professional interactions.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support clinic operations and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required to ensure you bring the appropriate knowledge to the role.

• An Independent LMHC License issued by the state board is a prerequisite for practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
