Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying their unique needs and establishing therapeutic goals.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other clinical approaches.

• Facilitate regular communication with interdisciplinary team members regarding patient assessment findings, treatment progress, and adjustments to care plans through documentation and meetings.

• Provide case management support, coordinating with community resources and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for assigned patients.

• Maintain ethical standards in documentation practices, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping that adheres to departmental guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Counselor within our organization, you will work with a diverse range of clients including adolescents, adults, and families, addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
