Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and assessment methodologies as part of the clinical team’s collaborative efforts.

• Partner with colleagues to develop and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to client needs.

• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the continuous enhancement of service quality.

• Serve as a vital liaison to service systems, state agencies, and community partners, building coalitions that improve service delivery and accessibility.

• Maintain effective communication channels to ensure alignment with contract standards and promote the organization’s mission within the community.

• Establish and maintain relationships with various local, state, and federal agencies to promote programs and seek new partnership opportunities and funding sources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings, to enhance both personal growth and professional expertise.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.

• Active independent LMHC license issued by the state board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
