HR Service Center Specialist II
Midland Credit Management
Encore Capital Group, with Midland Credit Management, is seeking an HR Representative II to handle day-to-day HR Service Center inquiries across the organization. You will collaborate with office-based HR teams to resolve employee questions and ensure data accuracy in personnel records. The role provides HRIS support via SNOW tickets, supports recruitment and staffing activities, and contributes to onboarding, benefits, and training processes.
