IT Sr Project Manager

Abbott seeks a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects through their full lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept and planning through implementation and closeout
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and maintain detailed plans and budgets
• Facilitate team meetings, track progress, monitor performance, and analyze project status
• Identify risks and dependencies; develop and execute mitigation strategies
• Coordinate vendor activities and ensure quality standards compliance on deliverables

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
• Minimum 4 years of project management or program management experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes
• Experience managing project risks, issues, and dependencies

Compensation: $99,300–$198,700 base
