• Shift: Day 5x10-Hour (07:00 AM – 05:30 PM) with overtime after scheduled shift
• Hours/week: 50 hours/week
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certs: AZ Medical License, ACLS, BLS (required)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in cardiology

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly pay rate: $333.45

What You'll Do:

• Provide cardiology consults and care for adult patients aged 60+
• Support internal staff including MAs, PCTs, nurses, and PAs
• Perform catheterizations for own patients as needed
• Document care using Cerner EMR system
• Collaborate with the cardiovascular team to deliver quality patient outcomes
• Support ongoing coverage needs and maintain high standards of care

What You Need:

• Board Certification in Cardiology
• AZ Medical License or IMLC LOQ
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• At least 2 years of cardiology experience
• Strong interpersonal and relational skills with staff and patients

About the Assignment:

Join a dynamic Cardiovascular Institute in Verde Valley, providing general cardiology coverage in a hospital/clinic setting. The clinic sees 18-24 patients daily and performs catheterizations for their own patients. This ongoing assignment offers an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional patient care.
