html Opportunity: Physician - Interventional Cardiology Job Details: Full-time, ongoing interventional cardiology coverage at a Cardiovascular Institute Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with possible weekend rotation Rotation between hospital and clinic settings on a weekly basis Perform approximately 4-5 procedures per day and 3-4 consults per day Handle STEMI coverage and cardiology consults; hospital consults range from 8-14 per day Clinic sees 18-24 patients per day Perform TEEs (approximately 1-2 per day) Patient population is primarily age 60 and older Support staff includes MAs, PCTs, Nurses, and PA in-house support EMR system: Cerner Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology required Active Arizona license required ACLS and BLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of experience required Strong interpersonal and relational skills with staff and patients preferred Facility: This facility is a regional medical center offering a broad range of inpatient and outpatient services, including a dedicated Cardiovascular Institute providing specialized cardiac care to the surrounding community. The facility operates 87 beds and is equipped with modern technology including Cerner EMR, supporting multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality patient care across hospital and clinic settings.
