What You’ll Do:

• Provide general cardiology consults and care for patients aged 60+
• Support staff including MA, PCT, Nurse, PA in the clinic setting
• Perform cardiac procedures such as catheterizations for own patients
• Document patient encounters using Cerner EMR system
• Maintain high standards of patient care and communication
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary cardiovascular team

What You Need:

• Board Certification in Cardiology
• Active AZ Medical License or IMLC LOQ
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• At least 2 years of cardiology experience
• Strong interpersonal and relational skills with staff and patients

About the Assignment:
This assignment takes place at a renowned Cardiovascular Institute in Verde Valley, supporting general cardiology coverage in a busy outpatient and inpatient setting. The clinic manages 18-24 patients daily and performs catheterizations on site. The role involves ongoing coverage with a focus on patient-centered care.
