Office Manager

A growing welding, fabrication, and mechanical contracting company located in Oxford, PA is seeking an experienced, organized professional to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of their office. This individual will work closely with ownership and become a key member of their management team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced small business environment. Job responsibilities: Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable; Assist with customer billing and collections; Maintain organized office records and documentation; Data entry and record management; Work within QuickBooks and Microsoft Office applications; Assist with payroll; Maintain employee records and personnel files; Coordinate new hire onboarding and employee paperwork; Administer employee benefits and HR systems; Coordinate workers' compensation claims; Maintain Certificates of Insurance; Assist with vendor compliance requirements. Job requirements: 5+ years of office management, accounting, or business administration experience; Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and office administration; Experience with QuickBooks (Desktop preferred) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. #IND
