Bilingual Medical Assistant

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Bilingual Medical Assistant will engage with patients remotely to navigate their health needs, coordinate care, and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers while utilizing effective communication methods. Key responsibilities Building trusting relationships with patients and healthcare providers to facilitate care coordination Engaging high-risk patients through various communication methods to address health concerns and needs Conducting assessments and providing education to support patients in following care plans and achieving health goals Required qualifications Fully bilingual in Arabic and English, with proficiency in medical terminology 2-3 years of experience in patient navigation, medical assistance, or care coordination Valid Medical Assistant Certification Experience with electronic health record documentation and remote work Ability to manage referrals and understand social determinants of health
