A leading mobility and transportation technology company is seeking a strategic, high-energy Sales Enablement Lead on a contract basis to support its B2B go-to-market teams. In this role, you will execute enablement strategies for a portfolio of business-focused products and solutions. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Account Management teams to ensure client-facing teams are equipped with the content, training, and playbooks needed to drive success in mid-market and enterprise sales environments.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Collateral Development
- Create and maintain a comprehensive repository of competitive battle cards, pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales collateral.
- Develop materials that support new business acquisition, account expansion, and partner education initiatives.
- Ensure sales content effectively communicates product value propositions and competitive differentiation.
- Design and deliver impactful training programs that build deep product knowledge across sales and account management teams.
- Create scalable onboarding and continuous learning experiences for client-facing teams.
- Enable teams to confidently position and sell multiple business solutions.
- Partner with sales teams to establish feedback mechanisms that improve enablement effectiveness.
- Track content engagement, training completion, and adoption metrics.
- Measure and analyze the impact of enablement initiatives on sales performance and velocity.
- Continuously optimize programs based on data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, Product Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience within SaaS, B2B marketplace, business services, transportation technology, or corporate travel-related industries preferred.
- Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs for multi-product B2B portfolios.
- Experience creating sales content, training programs, and enablement frameworks from the ground up.
- Agility & Independence: Ability to manage priorities, build programs, and execute effectively with minimal supervision.
- Strategic Communication: Skilled at translating complex product capabilities and technical concepts into compelling, customer-focused sales narratives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to bridge product, marketing, sales, and account management teams to drive alignment and business outcomes.
- Analytical Mindset: Experience leveraging metrics and feedback to measure enablement effectiveness and optimize results.
- Program Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
