Office Administrator – Ensure Operational Excellence for a Growing Construction Leader

Job Overview:

  • Company: CG Group, LLC.
  • Salary/Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour plus Profit Sharing.
  • Location: Walton Hills, OH
  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: None Required.

The Opportunity

You will serve as the essential hub of our daily operations, bridging the gap between management, customers, and field/warehouse staff. This is a role for a high-ownership professional who wants to manage an office space as if it were their own. You will have the opportunity to implement organizational systems and grow within a fast-paced, winning construction environment.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage all QuickBooks data entry including the creation of Job Orders, Purchase Orders, and Packing Slips.
  • Maintain a professional reception environment as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Orchestrate the purchasing of product and office supplies to ensure zero downtime for the team.
  • Verify the accuracy of incoming shipments against purchase orders and document discrepancies immediately.
  • Synchronize with the Warehouse Manager to update inventory data and maintain system integrity.
  • Execute timely customer invoicing and maintain meticulous digital and physical filing systems.
  • Provide critical administrative support to leadership through document preparation and special project management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+years of administrative experience within a small to mid-size business environment.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) for financial and order tracking.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for data management and Outlook for communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and manage multiple administrative priorities.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior administrative experience specifically within the Construction or Manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with shipping and receiving workflows and vendor relationship management.
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience handling prevailing wage or government-related construction documentation.
