About the roleManages and grows social media presence for a range of client brands. Key duties:Creating/distributing content across e-newsletters, blogs, and social postsResearching new social platforms and adapting strategies to client needsStaying current on social media trends, tools, and technologiesDeveloping strategies to grow followers and engagementBuilding community/influencer outreach for clientsAnalyzing campaign data and translating it into actionable recommendationsSetting objectives, tracking ROI, and reporting on reviews/feedbackCreating editorial calendars and syndication schedulesTraining other team members on social media best practicesRequirements: Strong knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok; understanding of audience types and engagement best practices; strong analytical/data skills; experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite preferred); 2+ years building social presence for global consumer brands; experience with both B2B and B2C clients; strong writing, editing (photo/video/text), and presentation skills; openness to feedback; highly organized with attention to detail; reliable workstation/internet/power.
