Automotive Office Manager

We're looking for someone who can step right into this key role, supporting our team by working on floor plans, bank reconciliations, cleaning schedules, dealer trades, and mentoring/partnering with our billers to streamline processes and drive efficiency.

Location: Oakbrook Terrace, IL 

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and review reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency


• Keep paperwork organized, processed, and moving to the right places


• Analyze internal processes and recommend or implement improvements to enhance operations


• Oversee day-to-day functions of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly


• Mentor, train, and support office staff to help them grow and success

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Dealership Office Manager or Assistant Controller experience is required


• Experience working with CDK and CVR


• Strong leadership and training skills with a hands-on approach


• 
  

  A flexible, solution-focused mindset with a willingness to assist where needed



• Working knowledge of all office positions


• Excellent communication skills and sharp attention to detail


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative team player

Office Manager: $70K - $80K

Compensation will be based on performance and experience; pay ranges may vary from displayed amounts
