Pay & Benefits

• Pay package discussed upon application
• Base Salary Range: $257,000 $286,000 annually
• Additional Compensation: Sign-on bonus up to $20,000, productivity bonus based on wRVUs, student loan repayment up to $24,000, potential relocation package

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care to a diverse patient population
• Manage an empaneled panel of patients, fostering long-term patient relationships
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with colleagues
• Engage in developing patient care strategies aligned with UCHealth's mission
• Utilize nearby lab and imaging services to support patient diagnosis and treatment
• Contribute to a dynamic, innovation-driven healthcare environment
• Lead efforts to improve healthcare accessibility and quality in the region

What You Need

• Medical Degree (MD/DO) with full licensure in Colorado
• Completion of residency program (Board Eligible accepted)
• Ability to participate in on-call rotations

• Experience in family medicine or primary care setting
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
