Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00

What You'll Do
- Provide anesthesia services and be on-call for off-site nights and weekends
- Respond promptly to call-backs, with a minimum 2-hour notice
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver safe, effective anesthesia care
- Participate in flexible scheduling to accommodate personal and professional needs
- Support long weekends and visit the Fredericksburg community during on-call periods
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to safety protocols
What You Need
Required:- Current licensed Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
- Authorization to practice in Virginia or able to obtain licensure
- Prior anesthesia experience (preferred but not mandatory)
- Flexibility for night and weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
