HR Generalist: Talent, Compliance & Employee Support

Education / Licensing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management preferred. PHR or SPHR preferred. Experience Requirements: Minimum of 3 years human resources experience. Position Overview : Responsible for performing all human resources functions for the location. Includes employee relations, training, performance management, and employment law compliance. Responds to employee relations issues and counsels management on corrective action procedures. Processes all unemployment claims. Attend unemployment hearings as necessary. Provides benefits assistance (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, 401k) to onsite employees. Maintains HRIS system and personnel files. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Personally demonstrate and lead and manage team members according to Senderra’s community values. Other duties as assigned. Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment. Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant. Requires normal hearing levels (corrected). Requires working at a desk to use a phone and computer for extended periods of time. Requires sitting, bending. Uses office equipment and machinery effectively. Requires normal finger dexterity for keyboarding. Works effectively with frequent interruptions. Lifting requirements of 15 lbs. occasionally.
