Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual counseling sessions to clients through secure video conferencing platforms, focusing on improving their mental health and emotional well-being.

• Act as a client advocate, supporting individuals in defining their goals and navigating their mental health journeys.

• Assess clients' mental health conditions and develop comprehensive, solution-focused treatment plans, applying evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize our therapist portal to track client progress, manage appointments, and access resources that enhance your practice.

• Maintain a professional demeanor while providing a supportive environment for clients, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Bliss Care, we serve a diverse clientele with a focus on those who are stable and require low-acuity care. Each client is prescreened to ensure that they are ready to engage in therapeutic relationships, allowing our counselors to implement effective interventions without the complications presented by high-risk populations. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and independent license to practice in the state of Tennessee. Acceptable licenses include, but are not limited to:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Strong ability to conduct professional evaluations and execute evidence-based treatment recommendations tailored to individual clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and create trust-based relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in digital communication tools and strong computer literacy to navigate our online systems effectively.
