Job Type : Full-Time | In-Person / Client Facing | No Nights or Weekends

We are expanding our Atlanta-area team and are looking for a motivated B2B Sales Representative to work directly with local businesses throughout the metro.

This role focuses on building relationships with business owners and decision-makers, conducting face-to-face benefit consultations, supporting employee enrollments, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

No prior B2B sales or industry experience is required. We provide structured training, field mentorship, and support throughout the licensing process.

This opportunity may be a strong fit for someone coming from sales, customer service, hospitality, management, athletics, military service, or another people-focused background who is ready to move into a professional business-to-business sales role.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with local business owners and key decision-makers
• Develop new business accounts throughout the Atlanta metro
• Conduct face-to-face consultations with prospective and current clients
• Present voluntary workplace benefit options to employers and employees
• Support workplace enrollment meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with existing client accounts
• Manage appointments, follow-up, and field activity using CRM tools
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated with a strong drive to advance into leadership.

• Goal-oriented, coachable, and willing to learn.

• Previous background in sales, customer service, athletics, hospitality, military, or management is a plus (not required).

• Authorized to work in the United States with reliable transportation.

Compensation : Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses | Target first-year earnings $52,000 - $89,600+, depending on performance.
