Customer Success Agent The Knowledge Manager at SaaSpot will be responsible for building and managing the knowledge base of materials regarding the functioning of our application. Responsibilities Create and manage content such as use cases, implementation manuals, and automation scheme instructions. Co‑create marketing content including blog posts, screencasts, and videos. Use basic audio/video editing skills and learn to produce various forms of online content. Understand basic digital marketing concepts, especially marketing automation issues. Explain technical marketing automation concepts in simple terms to non‑technical audiences. Make calls to potential clients who have expressed interest, ask targeted questions, learn about their business, and recommend appropriate solutions. Ensure excellent service and maintain a positive relationship with clients. Qualifications Excellent command of English; proficiency in an additional European language is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex issues simply. Willingness to learn and adapt to new content creation tools.
