This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Diego, CA (Hybrid). Job ID:26-29211 Pay Range: $65 - $71/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars, prioritizing ruthlessly across competing demands.Coordinate domestic and international travel, planning for time zones and contingencies.Draft and manage executive communications with discretion and attention to tone.Oversee meeting operations, including agendas, pre-reads, and follow-through.Serve as a trusted point of contact across the leader's team and the broader organization.Handle expense management and day-to-day administrative operations accurately.Organize team events, offsites, and special projects as they arise.Utilize AI and modern productivity tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:3+ years supporting senior leaders, ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.Proven sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential, high-stakes information.Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities; adaptable without needing a playbook.Fluency with modern tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, travel/expense platforms) and a curiosity about using AI to work smarter.Sharp written and verbal communication skills.An "operating partner" mindset: proactive problem-solver focused on team leverage.
