Come do the best work of your life at Boulevard Boulevard is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to lead our marketing infrastructure, automation ecosystem, and AI-enabled growth operations. This role sits at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data, owning the systems, processes, and insights that connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and customer lifecycle outcomes. We're looking for a strategic operator who combines deep marketing operations expertise with a passion for leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, accelerate execution, and drive measurable business impact. What You'll Do Here Marketing Operations & Strategy - Own and evolve Boulevard's marketing operations strategy, systems, and processes - Connect marketing investment to pipeline, revenue, retention, and customer lifecycle outcomes - Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Data teams to improve GTM performance and operational efficiency AI & Automation - Identify, implement, and scale AI-powered workflows and automation opportunities - Build and optimize processes that improve campaign execution, reporting, lead management, and customer engagement - Drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and best practices across the marketing organization, including identifying and shipping at least two AI-enabled workflow improvements with measurable impact on funnel efficiency or team productivity in your first 6 months Marketing Systems & Lifecycle - Own and optimize Boulevard's marketing automation stack, including Marketo, Customer.
