Early Career Associate

To learn, support and gradually take on responsibilities in Sales or Sales overlay function. The role equips fresh graduates with a holistic understanding of the sales ecosystem and develops skills required to progress into a frontline sales or Sales overlay role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undergo structured learning on IT Services, Sales Process, Industry Vertical and Organizational offerings
• Shadow Sales & Sales Overlay professional to understand the real-world sales practices
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentation and Sales collateral
• Work with sales team in research, market mapping and account profiling activities
• Collaborate will internal stakeholders like Marketing, legal etc
• Set learning goals and complete milestones in sales/sales overlay as required

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
