We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Staffing Pool (Float) team, providing high-quality patient care across multiple units. Title: Registered Nurse - Float Pool
Type: Full-time/Permanent Direct Hire
Location: Goldsboro, NC

Schedule: 3x12s (36 hrs./week)

Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.45/hr. Based on years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process
• Float across units based on patient care needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow physician orders
• Respond to complex patient conditions and prioritize care effectively

Requirements:

• Active RN License (NC) + BLS
• 1+ year of nursing experience in Similar settings would be preferred
• ADN/ASN required (BSN preferred)

Compensation & Perks:

• Pay Range: $33.00 – $54.45/hr Based on years of experience
• Shift Differentials: Nights ($6/hr), Weekends ($10/hr), + more
