People Partner, DC Ops — Scale, Culture & Impact (New York)

Fluidstack

Fluidstack is hiring an HR Business Partner to support operations and field workforces across multiple data-center sites in the United States. You will own employee relations, partner with site leaders on workforce planning, and help scale people programs for rapid growth.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, credibility with technicians and VPs, and frequent site travel. You will drive high-impact HR initiatives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
