Complex Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• 3+ years litigation experience preferred
• Experience or interest in Insurance Coverage, Insurance Defense, Technology and Cyber Law, School Districts, Subrogation, Appeals
• Experience in discovery, motions, trial preparation or direct trial experience preferred
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong research and writing skills
• Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
• Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
• Licensed in CA in good standing
