What Success Looks Like Here

Our most successful Residential Electrical Installers are technically skilled, dependable, efficient, and committed to quality.

They don't need someone standing over them telling them how to complete every step of an installation.

They arrive prepared, understand the scope of work, complete the installation correctly, troubleshoot challenges when they arise, test their work, and make sure everything is safe and operating properly before leaving.

They also understand that quality is in the details .

That means following electrical codes and safety requirements, keeping an organized jobsite, protecting the customer's property, completing clean and professional installations, and taking ownership of the finished product.

And because we're working inside someone's home, technical ability isn't enough.

Our Installers communicate professionally, respect the homeowner and their property, answer questions, and make sure the customer feels confident in the work that was completed.

If you're technically strong, dependable, take pride in your installations, and want to work somewhere that recognizes great performance, this is the kind of environment where you can succeed.
