Join Our Caring CommunityIn this role, you will practice medicine under the direction of physicians, working on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. This is a full-time position, and you will be based at our University City center in Charlotte, North Carolina.As Physician Assistant, you will:Take medical histories, examine and treat patients, order and interprets laboratory tests and X-rays, make diagnoses, and prescribe medicationsExercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasksWork under minimal supervision, using independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.Required QualificationsMaster's degree in Physician Assistant Studies2 or more years of experience practicing as a Physician Assistant, preferably in a primary care settingMust be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiencesMust be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phoneAdditional InformationScheduled Weekly Hours: 40Pay Range: $123,800 - $170,300 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
