Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Customer Service Representative role based in Seattle, WA. The Inside Sales CSR will handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails, respond to product and service inquiries, and provide accurate information about office solutions, pricing, and availability. This role will support the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, updating customer records in the CRM system, and following up on leads and renewals. The Inside Sales CSR will resolve issues, elevate complex problems when necessary, and ensure a positive customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support. The position also involves collaborating with internal teams, tracking customer feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of service processes. Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Satisfaction. Experience working as or with Customer Service Representatives in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical or product information clearly. Comfort using CRM systems, order entry tools, and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or similar). Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines with attention to detail. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with sales, service, and operations teams. Previous inside sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred; experience in office technology or related industries is a plus.
