Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as the primary point of contact for families, communicating proactively to foster strong relationships.

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing the Attachment-Based Family Therapy model alongside our clinical frameworks.
\n
• Lead Family Orientations and Welcome Presentations to help families acclimate and engage in the treatment process.
\n
• Facilitate Family Support Groups to provide ongoing support and resources for families navigating mental health challenges.
\n
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with organizational standards.
\n
• Utilize software tools such as Word, Outlook, and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems for documentation and scheduling.
\n
• Participate in weekly treatment team meetings and clinical supervision to enhance collaborative care approaches.
\n
• Represent the organization in trainings and conferences to expand your clinical knowledge and contribute to community mental health discourse.
\n
• Independently manage your schedule, setting goals and tasks to maximize productivity and client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults facing a range of challenges, including mental health issues, substance abuse, and trauma. Your expertise will help them navigate complex emotional landscapes and promote healing through structured, compassionate therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required from an accredited institution.
\n
• Active board registration in the state of Florida (APCC, LAPC, ASW, AMFT, or equivalent) is mandatory.
\n
• Demonstrated experience delivering individual, group, or family therapy, particularly with adolescents or young adults.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in evidence-based practices related to mental health issues, such as substance abuse, eating disorders, or trauma-informed care is preferred.

• Familiarity with Attachment-Based Family Therapy or similar clinical models is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
