Position: Recall Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Contact existing patients to schedule follow-up and recall appointments

Engage patients in friendly, informative conversations about their oral health and the importance of regular dental care

Maintain and update recall systems and appointment logs

Collaborate with front desk and clinical teams to ensure smooth scheduling

Provide excellent customer service both over the phone and in person

Qualifications:

Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, and writing)

Prior Dental office experience needed

Excellent verbal communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence

Organized, proactive, and dependable

Ability to build positive relationships with patients and educate them about their dental health
