Engagement Marketing Manager

Driving member engagement and satisfaction, the full-time Engagement Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing campaigns remotely while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance adoption of healthcare services. Key responsibilities Develop and execute member-centric marketing campaigns focused on clinical outcomes and behavioral change Increase awareness and adoption of services through data-driven strategies to boost engagement and retention Lead monthly reporting and performance reviews, analyzing trends and providing actionable recommendations to optimize campaigns Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 5+ years of consumer marketing experience, preferably in B2C or B2B2C Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or Tableau Exceptional stakeholder management skills and experience in developing strategic marketing plans
