Software Developer

Develop and optimize features while improving internal content workflows through automation.
5+ years of full-time professional software engineering experience, ideally across companies of different sizes (start-up, growth-stage, and larger enterprise). Strong full-stack skills: React on the front end, Python Django on the back end, and PostgreSQL; AWS experience preferred. Hands-on experience building tools or platforms for Amazon or Walmart sellers. Fluent English, comfortable participating in technical discussions, sprint ceremonies, and video meetings. Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and/or building with LLM APIs. Solid, hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar) in a fast-paced delivery environment. Strong commercial and product mindset with the ablity to understand the business objectives behind requirements and proactively propose better technical solutions.
Design, organise, cleanse, and maintain business data to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
Build and optimize front-end user experiences. Partner with the CTO and overseas engineering teams on product planning, technical design reviews, sprint execution, and agile delivery. Leverage knowledge of Amazon and Walmart seller operations to identify product improvement opportunities and propose practical technical solutions. Utilize AI development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, etc.) to improve engineering productivity and build internal AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
