Job Description
A Medical Device company is seeking a dependable, positive, and eager-to-learn individual to join our team in a temporary or temporary to hire Customer Care & Shipping Assistant role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys staying busy, learning new skills, and supporting a collaborative team.
No prior shipping experience is required—we are looking for someone with a great attitude, reliability, and a willingness to grow.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently
Open and organize incoming shipments and materials
Answer incoming phone calls and take messages for the department
Assist with inventory-related tasks as needed
Provide general administrative and operational support to the team
Maintain an organized and professional work area
Learn new processes and assist wherever needed
Requirements:
Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn
Excellent work ethic and dependable attendance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
Previous inventory or shipping experience is helpful but not required
Basic Accounts Receivable (AR) experience is a plus, but not required
